Helping People Grow

Delphi Provider provides client-centered support for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (IDD). As a small business, we pride ourselves in giving personalized, individual care to each client/family. We make every effort to keep the same staff and supervisors with each client/family so that consistency can be maintained and important skills learned are retained. This results in our clients learning skills needed to live as independently as possible.

Expert Care

Delphi Provider’s founder, Emma Brunner, has more than 20 years’ experience in IDD and related fields. She has assembled a well-rounded team of people who have experience as teachers, nurses, aides, paraprofessionals and therapists. Our team is trained to work with multiple therapeutic modalities and find that imitation and hands-on practice are the most valuable. Volunteer Program

Delphi Provider LLC’s Volunteer Program is designed to create meaningful, real-world opportunities that foster independence, confidence, and community belonging for the individuals we support. Rather than focusing solely on traditional day services, Delphi prioritizes hands-on experiences that allow clients to build practical life and vocational skills while contributing positively to their local community. Through partnerships with local organizations such as community gardens, small businesses, and nonprofit sites, participants engage in activities like land stewardship, café support, event preparation, creative projects, and customer-service tasks — all with individualized support from trained staff.

At the heart of the program is the belief that every person has something valuable to offer. Volunteers are encouraged to explore their interests, develop friendships, and discover new strengths in environments that are structured yet flexible to their needs. Staff provide coaching in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and daily living skills, ensuring that each experience aligns with the individual’s ISP goals while remaining engaging and empowering. As Delphi continues to grow, the Volunteer Program remains a cornerstone of the organization’s mission — creating inclusive spaces where clients are not only supported, but truly seen as active contributors to the community.

“I started my provider agency with one client and me! Relatively quickly, the phone started ringing – more caretakers, who, like me, were not finding what their family members with IDD needed or deserved. Delphi was born – a provider agency that recognizes each individual’s needs and talents. What began as helping one child has become a fast-growing network of care for 15 clients, ranging from individuals who require 24-hour support to those who participate in respite services. We have built a community volunteering program for our clients which includes important, meaningful work – from tending a community garden to cleaning a local event space and more! And, along with Delphi, our clients are flourishing – leading meaningful lives surrounded by their peers and compassionate caretakers.”
