Welcome to
Delphi Provider
Helping People Grow
Delphi Provider provides client-centered support for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (IDD). As a small business, we pride ourselves in giving individual care to each client/family. We try our best to keep the same staff and supervisors with each client/family so that consistency can be maintained and skills learned are not lost. By doing this our clients learn skills needed to live as independently as possible!
Expert Care
Delphi Provider’s founder has more than 20 years’ experience in this and related fields and has an incredible team of people who have experience as teachers, nurses, aides, paraprofessionals and therapists. Our team is trained to work with multiple modalities but, imitation and hands-on practice is the most valuable so, our clients gain the work/life skills they need to be independent.
Why Delphi Provider?
We are client centered and offer the routine & structure that our adults with IDD crave! Here are a few more reasons:
For Clients &
Their Families
Caring, consistent, well-trained staff.
Individual attention to each family.
Community oriented (group volunteer opportunities & community outings for peer socialization & fun!).
Parents play an integral part – from input to employment!
For Our Delphi
Provider Staff
Hands-on training
Opportunities to work in the local & wider community
Learn how to see a persons full ability
Be part of a team forging a new path
Make great pay while making a difference!
Volunteer Program
Our clients often do not fit into most day programs and the lack of options in our area have led to a volunteer program being created. Delphi Provider clients have the option to go to volunteer worksites Monday through Friday for a range of activities. Many of our clients like to be outdoors and find meaning and comfort working with their hands, so we have 4 sites that give the options of land work, gardening, farming and cleaning

“I started my provider agency with one client and me! Relatively quickly, the phone kept ringing – more clients who, like me, were not finding what their family members with IDD needed or deserved. Delphi was born – a provider agency that recognizes each individual’s needs and talents. It quickly became apparent that I needed to hire more staff and build a community volunteering program for my clients which, includes important, meaningful work – from tending a community garden to cleaning a local event space and more! And, along with Delphi, our clients are flourishing – leading meaningful lives surrounded by compassionate caretakers and their peers!”
